James “J” Cox is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Health Resources and its affiliated entities. James was introduced to the healthcare industry by working as an orderly in the emergency room in his early twenties. That early experience led James to a career in healthcare.
James served as a Vice President in a prominent Pittsburgh-based hospital and in multiple VP of Operations roles leading Skilled Nursing Facilities on the East Coast of the United States. His time managing national healthcare operations revealed critical gaps in the senior care continuum, leading him to found Paramount Health Resources.
Mr. Cox earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. James earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds a Nursing Home Administrator license

Mike Seifert is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Paramount Health Resources. Mr. Seifert oversees the company’s corporate finance functions, including accounting, treasury, asset management, financial planning & analysis, and technology. He previously served as Paramount’s Corporate Controller from 2018 to 2024.
He joined Paramount from PNC Financial Services, where he held numerous roles within corporate finance, most prominently working in the Corporate Controller’s office.
Mr. Seifert earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Duquesne University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Rocco Palladini joined Paramount Health Resources in May 2011, holding numerous roles within the company during this time.? Rocco currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the development, design, operations, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver Paramount’s diverse care services.? Mr. Palladini attended Duquesne University, graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.? Prior to joining the Paramount team, he worked within the Allegheny Health System as a Chief Physical Therapist specializing in restoring clients to maximum functional capacity and quality of life. He also holds a Nursing Home Administrator license.

Lucas Cox is the Paramount Home Health and Hospice Administrator. Lucas Cox oversees the clinicians who deliver day-to-day care for residents receiving home health and hospice services, ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care. He manages the therapy department, coordinating home health therapy services and the restorative program across Paramount’s three Pittsburgh facilities. Lucas also directs phlebotomy services provided at the three Paramount Pittsburgh facilities, ensuring timely specimen collection, accurate processing, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
He joined Paramount from Holy Cross Home Health, where he served as an RN Case Manager, and previously worked in inpatient oncology nursing at UPMC Shadyside. Lucas Cox graduated from the UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing.
