Is Assisted Living Right for My Loved Ones or Me?
Personal care/assisted living is the appropriate option if you or your loved one needs assistance performing Activities of Daily Living throughout the day.
These are activities such as dressing, walking, standing up from a seated position, showering, using the bathroom, and/or taking medications correctly.
Personal care is also appropriate if help is needed with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living, like doing laundry, cooking, cleaning, and managing doctor appointments.
What if I Need More Help?
Our signature care option, the Paramount Advanced Care Unit, available at most communities, offers clinical services that other personal care/assisted living communities cannot offer.
If you require care, including but not limited to advanced wounds, IV medication, feeding tubes, mechanical lifts, injections, and drains, Paramount’s PACU is likely your only option.
