24 hour on site nurses. On site licensed skilled nurses 24 hours a day, that offer various clinical capabilities:

  • Wound Management
  • Medication Management and Administration
  • Diabetic teaching and administration of insulin and medications
  • Bowel and bladder training

Full Service physical therapy program:

  • Licensed physical therapists to provide; post stroke, post surgical, and restorative services

Three delicious, well-balanced meals served daily, featuring a variety of choices, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, snacks available throughout the day, weekly housekeeping and daily trash removal, weekly personal laundry and linens (except dry-cleaning), social, educational, spiritual, and recreational programs, scheduled group transportation, daily afternoon socials, social and educational programs for families, scheduled resident and family meetings.

Private or companion suites complete with full bath and a choice of floor plans. Wall-to-wall carpeting and private kitchens in each suit. Emergency call response system in each suite. Variety of comfortable community areas, including:

Staff are trained through our Alzheimer’s/Dementia program and are skilled in working with residents with memory impairments. Activities program 7 days a week is designed for success, tailored to each individual’s needs and strengths. Includes daily exercise, pet visits, frequent outings, music and a variety of activities to stimulate and challenge the mind.

  • Reminiscence groups help promote a sense of dignity and community.
  • Assistance with dining to insure adequate nutrition.
  • Plan of care based on resident’s unique life experiences and history.
