I have found my new home at Paramount Senior Living in every sense of the word. My wife passed away a few years ago and the feeling of being alone at home was eating me up inside. Although I still love her, since coming to Paramount, I have been able to let her go. We stay so busy, and I’ve met so many people here, developed so many new relationships that it really has helped me. I only wish that I would have come sooner.

My mother's changing needs left us no choice but to place her somewhere we can trust with a solid reputation for quality care. Although, we feel that Paramount Senior Living is the very best at what they do, this was an extremely difficult move for us to make. My mother’s Dementia had progressed to the point where she needed round the clock supervision that we just couldn’t provide. With 3 teenage kids, a husband and my only brother living out of town, it simply became too much. I have to struggle through the feelings of what feels like abandonment, but to visit her at Paramount makes me feel like I made the right decision. They are all so professional and dedicated to their work that I feel that my mother is being taken care and given more attention than I could ever give her. We visit her often, and it always seems as if she is busy doing something. The management team knows everything about her, which I respect, and are always willing to help. From the bottom of my heart, I truly thank them for all their wonderful work both now and to come.

Why would you go anywhere else? This place has it all. After coming from two other senior living communities before I found Paramount, I can say that this place is as good as it gets. Not a day goes by where I am looking for something to do. The staff is so friendly that I can’t wait for some of them to start their day so we can catch up on current events. I must say that I find myself in the salon every Saturday, enjoying a manicure, sometimes a haircut and talking with the girls. The in-house church service on Sunday is a special day for me, it’s a time where my daughters always come to visit and sometimes bring the grandchildren. Paramount makes life so much easier. It takes away a lot of the household chores and frees up my time allowing more quality and quantity time with family, friends, and new hobbies.

I don’t even know where to start about why I choose Paramount. I guess I would begin with the monotony of house maintenance. Even though I haven’t physically cut the grass for many years, the time and energy it takes to maintain such a big living environment was becoming very, very overwhelming. I don’t have to worry about anything here at Paramount. Everything is so beautifully taken care of by the well trained staff and wonderful management. Coming from the food industry myself, that was a big factor in why I choose Paramount Senior Living. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy a good slice of pizza every now and again like the next guy, but I look forward to the three delicious meals a day prepared by the chefs. Honestly, it’s my favorite thing to do here. To see what chef will put on the menu and always giving me additional food options to choose from, really makes the experience extra special. And no clean up! You have to love that.
